5 cups warm water
2 TB yeast
2 TB salt
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup oil

Directions
1) Add wheat or white flour until dough pulls away from bowl
2) Let rise 30 minutes or so.
3) Divide into 4 loaves.
4) Let rise again.
5) Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
2 cups mashed bananas (4 bananas) 
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
1) Adjust oven rack to lower third position.
2) Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
3) Mix butter and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy.
4) Add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
5) Mix in yogurt, bananas, and vanilla until combined.
6) Slowly mix in dry ingredients.
7) Pour batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
8) Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Loosely cover bread with aluminum foil after 30 minutes to help prevent the top and sides from getting too brown.


Puff Pancakes

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
dash of salt

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt the butter in a 9x9-inch pan in the oven.
2) Mix the eggs, flour, milk, and salt with a blender.
3) Pour batter into pan.
4) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.


Corn Bread

Ingredients
2 - 8.5 oz boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 -14.75 oz Cream Style Sweet Corn
1- 15.25 oz Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn
1 cup cheese

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2) Grease 8 x 13 inch pan
3) Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
4) Bake 15-20 minutes



Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bananas (1.5 cups)
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1) Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
2) In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
3) In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the melted butter and oil and stir until combined. Stir in the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
4) Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, don't over mix.
5) Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out mostly clean.


Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bananas
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions
1) Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
2) In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3) In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the melted butter and oil and stir until combined. Stir in the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
4) Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, don't overmix. Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
5) Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the top of the bread. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out mostly clean, you might have some melted chocolate chips on the toothpick and that is fine. 
6) Note-the bread will keep on the counter, wrapped in plastic wrap, for up to 4 days. This bread also freezes well. To freeze, cool the bread completely and wrap in plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Freeze for up to 1 month.


Banana Bread

Ingredients
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter; softened
1.25 cups sugar
2 eggs
1.5 cups (3-4 medium) bananas; mashed
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1) Adjust oven rack to lower middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan.
2) Whisk flour, baking soda and salt together in large bowl.
3) In separate bowl, beat together butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
4) Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5) Add the bananas and beat until smooth.
6) Add the buttermilk and vanilla and beat just until combined.
7) Pour banana mixture onto dry ingredients and gently fold until just incorporated. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
8) Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake until the loaf is golden brown and the edges pull away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Rotate the pan periodically to ensure even browning. Let bread rest in pan for 5 minutes, then remove bread from pan and let cool completely. 


Monkey Bread

Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 cans buttermilk biscuits
10 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12-cup tube pan
2) Mix sugar, cinnamon in large bag. Separate dough into biscuits, cut each into quarters
3) Shake biscuit quarters in bag to coat. Place in pan. Sprinkle extra mixture over biscuits.
4) Bring butter and brown sugar to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over biscuits.
5)Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. 


Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

1/3 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
chocolate chips

Directions:
1) In a large bowl, mix shortening and sugar. Beat in the eggs, pumpkin and water. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Gradually beat flour mix into pumpkin mixture.  Add chocolate chips. Mix until blended.
2) Transfer to greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 70 minutes.


Apple Streusel Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 oz) Flaky Biscuits
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Directions:
1) Heat oven at 350 degrees. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan. Line with parchment paper.
2) In small bowl, mix applesauce, sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into two layers. Top each biscuit with spoonful of applesauce mixture.
3) Stack second biscuit layer on top of each and press gently. Place biscuits on sides in pan.
4) Mix together brown sugar, flour and butter until a coarse crumble forms. Sprinkle on top of biscuits in pan.
5) Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Mix together sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over loaf.

A-Z Bread

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups A-Z 
3 tsp vanilla

A-Z can be anything you want. Bananas, zucchini, carrot, pineapple, pumpkin, sweet potatoes.

Directions
1) Sift dry ingredients.
2) Beat eggs in large bowl.
3) Add oil and sugar, cream well.
4) Add A-Z and vanilla.
5) Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
6) Spoon into two well greased loaf pans.
7) Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.


Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 applesauce
1/4 cup butter
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Beat honey, egg, and applesauce. Add butter, zucchini, and lemon juice. In separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix together.

Cook at 325 degrees in 8x4 pan for about 45 minutes.
