2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup brown sugar

1) Adjust oven rack to lower third position.
2) Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
3) Mix butter and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy.
4) Add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
5) Mix in yogurt, bananas, and vanilla until combined.
6) Slowly mix in dry ingredients.
7) Pour batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
8) Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Loosely cover bread with aluminum foil after 30 minutes to help prevent the top and sides from getting too brown.

Ingredients
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter; softened
1.25 cups sugar
2 eggs
1.5 cups (3-4 medium) bananas; mashed
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1) Adjust oven rack to lower middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan.
2) Whisk flour, baking soda and salt together in large bowl.
3) In separate bowl, beat together butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
4) Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5) Add the bananas and beat until smooth.
6) Add the buttermilk and vanilla and beat just until combined.
7) Pour banana mixture onto dry ingredients and gently fold until just incorporated. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
8) Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake until the loaf is golden brown and the edges pull away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Rotate the pan periodically to ensure even browning. Let bread rest in pan for 5 minutes, then remove bread from pan and let cool completely.
Monkey Bread
Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 cans buttermilk biscuits
10 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12-cup tube pan
2) Mix sugar, cinnamon in large bag. Separate dough into biscuits, cut each into quarters
3) Shake biscuit quarters in bag to coat. Place in pan. Sprinkle extra mixture over biscuits.
4) Bring butter and brown sugar to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over biscuits.
5)Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 oz) Flaky Biscuits
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Directions:
1) Heat oven at 350 degrees. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan. Line with parchment paper.
2) In small bowl, mix applesauce, sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into two layers. Top each biscuit with spoonful of applesauce mixture.
3) Stack second biscuit layer on top of each and press gently. Place biscuits on sides in pan.
4) Mix together brown sugar, flour and butter until a coarse crumble forms. Sprinkle on top of biscuits in pan.
5) Bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Mix together sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over loaf.

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tsp vanilla
A-Z can be anything you want. Bananas, zucchini, carrot, pineapple, pumpkin, sweet potatoes.
Directions

2) Beat eggs in large bowl.
3) Add oil and sugar, cream well.
4) Add A-Z and vanilla.
5) Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
6) Spoon into two well greased loaf pans.
7) Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.
