Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
1 head broccoli, chopped
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
8 eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup parmesan
1 half onion.
Directions
1) Cover broccoli with olive oil.
2) Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3) Roast broccoli on baking sheet at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes
4) Whisk eggs and milk together.
5) Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan and mix together.
6) Grease 8-inch round pan with olive oil.
7) Puree broccoli.
8) Mix broccoli and onion in with egg mixture.
9) Pour egg mixture into pan.
10) Bake quick at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until eggs have set.
Bacon and Egg Cups

Ingredients
12 bacon strips
2 potatoes, sliced into 12 round slices
1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
12 large eggs
Directions
1) Place one piece of bacon around inside of each cup.
2) Place 1 potato slice on the bottom of each cup.
3) Put bell pepper pieces in each cup.
4) Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, until bacon is crisp.
5) Crack an egg in each cup.
6) Bake until bacon is crisp and the egg whites are cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Ingredients
1/4 cup milk
10 eggs
bacon or sausage, diced
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup spinach, shredded
Directions
1) Spray muffin pan very well.
2) Place bacon or sausage in muffin pan.
3) Place shredded cheese in muffin pan.
4) Whisk together milk, eggs, and spinach.
5) Pour egg mixture into muffin wells, filling each 3/4 full.
6) Bake at 400 degrees for about 12-14 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly browned around the edges.

2 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
1) Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pizza pan.
2) Cook bacon or sausage.
3) Beat milk with eggs until well mixed.
4) Cook eggs.
5) Unroll dough in ring shape on pizza pan.
6) Mix bacon or sausage with egg and cheese
7) Spread egg mixture on top of crescent rolls.
8) Roll up dough and tuck under the bottom of the dough.
9) Top with more cheese.
10) Bake 15-20 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Directions
1) Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate.
2) Cook bacon and chop into bits. Chop onion.
3) Mix milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
4) Layer bacon, cheese, parmesan cheese, and onion in crust-lined plate.
5) Pour egg mixture over top.
6) Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
