Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups oatmeal
10-12 ounce M&Ms or chocolate chips

Directions
1) Cream the sugars and butter together.
2) Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy.
3) Add vanilla, peanut butter, corn syrup, and baking soda.
4) Mix well.
5) Gradually stir in oatmeal by hand.
6) Add chocolates.
7) Place balls of cookie dough on greased cookie sheet.
8) Bake at 325 degrees for 15-18 minutes.


Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened

4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions
1) Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

3) Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
4) Fold in chocolate chips.
5) Scoop cookie dough onto greased baking sheet.
6) Cook at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Directions

2) In another bowl, cream the peanut butter and butter together with the sugars.
3) Add the egg and vanilla.
4) Add flour mixture.
5) Bake at 325 degrees for about 9 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
2-4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cup oats

Directions
1) Combine peanut butter and butter/olive oil in a medium saucepan and melt, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
2) Mix in cocoa, salt and vanilla.
3) Remove from heat and add honey and oats until well combined.
4) Drop about 12 spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Cool in fridge until set.

Chocolate filled cookies

Ingredients
Cookie dough
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream

Directions
1) Microwave chocolate chips and heavy cream for 1 minute and stir until fully melted. Chill
2) Put cookie dough in muffin pan, pressing against sides.
3) Place one scoop of chocolate mixture in each bowl.
4) Place more cookie dough on top and cover chocolate mixture.
5) Bake.



Cookie Cake

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Cream Cheese Frosting
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
food coloring

Directions
For cookie:
1) In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
2) Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
3) Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Beat until combined
4) Fold in chocolate chips.
5) Spray pizza pan. Spread batter evenly.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the edges and top are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

For cream cheese frosting:
1) In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy.
2) Add vanilla, and beat until combined.
3) Add powdered sugar and beat until combined.
4) Add food coloring.
5) Chill in refrigerator until frosting is set.

Ingredients
2/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup granulated sugar for decoration

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, shortening and sugar. 
3) Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
4) Combine the flour, baking powder and salt, and stir into the creamed mixture until dough comes together. 
4) Bake cookies 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until bottom is light brown. 



Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies

Makes 12 

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (TK-ounce) box red velvet cake mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F. 
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla. 
3. In a large bowl, stir together the red velvet cake mix, the eggs, and the oil to make a dough.
4. Make a ball from about 3 tablespoons of the red velvet dough. Flatten the ball and top it with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Carefully wrap the dough up around the cream cheese to enclose it completely. Place the cookie on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, until set but slightly soft.

The BEST pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp milk
1 TB vanilla
1 11oz bag chocolate chips

Directions

1) Combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Dissolve the baking soda with the milk and stir into the wet ingredients. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir for about one minute
2) Add vanilla and chocolate chips and stir until combined.
3) Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop cookies on by the spoonful. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Penguin slice-and-bake Cookies

Directions
1) Make sugar cookie dough.
2) Dye 1/4 dough orange.
3) Dye 1/5 remaining dough red.
4) Dye 3/4 remaining dough black.
5) Roll out orange dough into three long parts to make two feet and triangular nose.
6) Roll white dough around orange nose dough.
7) Roll black dough around white dough.
8) Place orange feet on bottom of dough.
9) Place red dough along top as hat.
10) Refrigerate to harder.
11) Slice
12) Bake
13) Place chocolate chips on face as eyes.
