Brownie Batter Frosting

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons oil 
2/3 cup brownie mix, dry (from the box)
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot water

Directions
1) Beat butter until light and fluffy.
2) Mix together the cocoa and oil.
3) Add cocoa mixture to butter and mix thoroughly.
4) Add brownie mix, salt, and vanilla and beat again.
5) Slowly add in powdered sugar and mix.
6) Add the hot water one tablespoon at a time and mix.



Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1.5 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder


Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1.5 cups powdered sugar


Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
4 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup butter softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1.75 cups powdered sugar
food coloring

Directions
1) In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy.
2) Add vanilla, and beat until combined.
3) Add powdered sugar and beat until combined.
4) Add food coloring.
5) Chill in refrigerator until frosting is set.


Vanilla Almond Frosting


Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
1) Beat the butter on medium speed until creamy - about 2 minutes.
2) Add confectioners' sugar, milk, vanilla and almond extracts with the mixer running on low.
3) Increase to high speed and beat for 3 full minutes.
4) Add more sugar if frosting is too thing or more milk if frosting is too thick. Add a pinch of salt if frosting is too sweet.


Moist Chocolate Cake Frosting

Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
milk

Directions
1) Mix ingredients.
2) Add milk until spreading consistency is reached.




Creamy Cookie Dough Frosting

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup butter, at room temperature
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions
1) Beat brown sugar and butter in mixer until smooth and creamy
2) Add in flour, vanilla extract, and salt into creamed butter until fully combined.
3) With mixer on low speed, add milk one tablespoon at a time until fully incorporated.
4) Add chocolate chips and stir until combined.
