Chocolate Black Bean Banana Blender Muffins


No-Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls


Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups

Ingredients
5 cups berries
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
1) Line baking pan with parchment paper.
2) Blend berries.
3) Add honey and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
4) Pour pureed fruit onto baking sheet and spread evenly over the entire pan.
5) Bake at 170 degrees for 5-6 hours, rotating the pan halfway through the drying process.
6) Remove from oven when puree has set and is no longer sticky.
7) Let cool. Cut into strips and roll up on parchment paper.

Ingredients
2 cups oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 medium banana, mashed)

Directions
1) Mash bananas.
2) Mix together all the ingredients.
3) Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
4) Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Flatten the cookie slightly.
5) Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes.



Skinny Banana Cookies

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F
2) Spray cookie sheet.
3) Mash bananas
4) Mix in oats.
5) Fold in chocolate chips
6) Place spoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet
7) Bake for 12-15 minutes.



Peanut Butter Cheerio Bites

Ingredients
5 cups cheerios
1.5 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
1) Microwave peanut butter for 45 seconds
2) Stir peanut butter
3) Mix in honey and vanilla
4) Stir in cheerios until cheerios are well coated
5) Spoon out bite sized spoonfuls of peanut butter cheerios onto greased aluminum foil.
6) Let the bites sit and solidify for about 3 hours.


Easy Granola Bars

Ingredients
2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions
1) Mix together ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
2) Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper and press granola into the pan until evenly distributed.
3) Place pan in freezer for one hour or until granola is firm.


Chocolate Peanut Butter Joy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
1.5 cups oats
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
1) Mix all ingredients
2) Scoop into balls. Store in fridge or freezer


Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1.5 cups oats
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
2 bananas
2.5 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
2) Mix all ingredients
3) Place flattened dough on sheet pan
4) Bake 20 minutes



Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Mix in medium sauce pan. Boil 2 minutes. Pour over 1 1/2 cup popcorn, popped, in a large mixing bowl. Spread on wax paper to cool.


No Bake Energy Bites


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups regular quick cooking oats or regular rice krispies
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup shredded coconut flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4-1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions
Add the rice krispies (or oats) to a bowl, crush lightly with your hand or potato masher.
Add the peanut butter, honey, coconut flakes and cinnamon and stir together.
Then add the chocolate chips.
Chill in the fridge for about an hour. Then form into 20 balls


Peanut Butter Honey Cereal
Ingredients
1 part peanut butter
1 part honey
3-4 parts honey nut cereal

Directions
Mix pb and honey
Microwave for 1 minute
Stir in cereal
Let cool


Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups uncooked oatmeal oats
2 ripe bananas
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Mix ingredients. Put on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
