Chocolate Banana Muffins
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour

3 bananas (300g)

Directions
1) Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

3 cups white sugar
1 (15oz) can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
3 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Brown Butter Banana Bread Muffins

2) In a separate bowl, beat the egg lightly.
3) Stir in the milk, applesauce, and vanilla.
4) Add the mashed banana, and combine thoroughly.
5) Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just combined.
6)Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper bake cups and divide the batter among them.
7) Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
