Ingredients
2.5 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter (refrigerated)
Directions
1) Using an electric mixer, whip the cream and cocoa powder in a large bowl until soft peaks form, 1-3 minutes.
2) Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Whip gently to combine.
3) Scoop teaspoon size amounts of peanut butter at a time, then fold into the chocolate ice cream.
4) Transfer to a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
5) Cover and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
6) Let the ice cream sit at room temperature 5-7 minutes, then scoop.

Ingredients
2 cups pretzels, broken
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz whipped topping
6 oz strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
3 cups frozen strawberries
Directions
1) Combine broken pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix together well.
2) Press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
4) Cool completely.
5) Beat 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
6) Fold in whipped topping.
7) Spread over pretzel layer making sure to seal against sides so jello mixture doesn't leak through when added.
8) Mix jello and boiling water until jello is dissolved.
9) Add frozen strawberries.
10) Cool and set slightly.
11) Pour over cream cheese layer
12) Refrigerate until firm.

6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup flour

2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1-1.5 cups chocolate chips
Directions
1) Beat together butter and brown sugar.
2) Mix cream cheese and sugar until well combined.
3) Add flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla until dough is formed.
4) Stir in mini chocolate chips
5) Roll cookie dough into small balls.
6) Microwave chocolate chips for 60 seconds, stirring every 15-30 seconds.
7) Line a muffin tin with lining cups.

3) Mix jello, pineapple, peaches, and sugar over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Melt together, not cooked together.

5) Crumble mixture on top.
6) Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown, about 35 minutes.

1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups Christmas M&Ms
2 cups pretzel pieces

1) Pour Chex cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
2) In another bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Melt in microwave for 1 minute. Stir and continue heating for another 30 seconds.
3) Add in vanilla extract then mix well.
4) Pour chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir to evenly distribute.
5) In a gallon-sized ziploc bag pour in 2 cups of powdered sugar. Add the chocolate Chex mix, seal and shake well.
6) Pour Chex mix into a bowl, then add pretzels and m&ms. Mix well and serve.
