One Pot Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound chicken
3 cloves garlic
14 oz chicken broth
2 cups water
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 lb pasta
3 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
1) In a pot, heat the oil and brown the chicken.
2) Add garlic, and saute for a minute.
3) Add broth, water, milk, cornstarch, and pasta and bring to a boil.
4) Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5) Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1- 1.5 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
1) Warm the milk 30 seconds at a time until warm but not boiling.
2) Melt butter over medium heat.
3) Sprinkle the flour over top then whisk together.
4) Whisk constantly for 1 minute.
5) Whisk in warm milk 1/4 cup at a time, whisking continuously.
6) Continue cooking over medium heat for 3-5 minutes while whisking.
7) Stir in Parmesan all at once and whisk until cheese is no longer visible.
Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1) Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
2) Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with whisk until smooth.
3) Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps.

Chicken Alfredo Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
2 cups parmesan cheese
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
25 oz ravioli
2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
2 cups shredded cheese
Directions
1) Melt butter over medium heat.
2) Add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add heavy cream, milk and parmesan and stir to incorporate.
4) Once the mixture comes to a low boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5) Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
6) Remove sauce from heat.
7) Pour thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.
8) Arrange half of ravioli over sauce.
9) Top with 1 cup shredded chicken and 1/2 cup cheese.
10) Cover with move sauce
11) Arrange second half of ravioli on top.
12) Add the remaining cup of chicken and another 1/2 cup cheese on top.
13) Top with the rest of the sauce and shredded cheese.
14) Cover lasagna with foil.
15) Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
16) Uncover and cook for another 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
Baked Bacon Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
1 lb uncooked spaghetti
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Toppings
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
2 cups diced cooked chicken
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese (8oz)
Directions
1) Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 15x10x1 inch pan.
2) Cook spaghetti in large pot. Drain, and quickly rinse spaghetti and pot with cool water.
3) In small bowl, beat milk, eggs, and salt with whisk. Stir in garlic.
4) Add egg mixture to spaghetti, along with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
5) Pour onto pan, spread evenly. Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes.

2) Stir broth and water into skillet. Heat to a boil.
3) Add the pasta. Reduce heat to medium. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender but still firm.

1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup

1) Cook meat in skillet
2) Stir soups, water, and pasta into skillet or pot. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender but still firm, stirring often.
Tuna & Pasta Cheddar Melt
Ingredients (4 servings)
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed chicken broth
1 soup can water
3 cups pasta
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained, and flaked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
2 tbsp Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tsp butter, melted
Instructions
1) Heat the broth and water in a 10-inch skillet over high heat to a boil. Add the pasta. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook and stir until the pasta is tender but still firm. Do not drain.
2) Stir the soup, milk, and tuna into skillet. Top with the cheese. Mix the breadcrumbs with the butter in a small cup. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the tuna mixture. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
Mac and Cheese

8 oz pasta
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 dash black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1) Cook pasta
2) Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. 3) Slowly add the milk and cook while stirring until the mixture becomes somewhat thick. Stir in the cheese until melted. Remove from heat.
4) Drain pasta and add them to the cheese sauce. Stir to coat.
Cream Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
9 lasagna noodles
6 ounces cream cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Directions
1) Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink. Drain grease.
2) Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
3) Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, paste, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and pepper.
4) Stir and bring mixture to a boil.
5) Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
6) Boil lasagna noodles in a large pot of water.
7) Lay noodles out on wax-paper lined baking sheet. (Don't let noodles touch because they will stick.)
8) Spread 1 cup sauce on bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.
9) Lay 3 noodles over sauce.
10) Drop a third of cream cheese, by teaspoonfuls, over noodles.
11) Sprinkle 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top, then spoon a third of the sauce on top.
12) Repeat layers two more times, ending with the last of the cheese.
13) Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
14) Remove foil then bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Spaghetti sauce (The Plan)
Ingredients
24oz low sodium tomato sauce
2.5 cups Carrot soup
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
(Add 1 tbsp honey to make pizza sauce)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
